Data is the oil of the 21st century. But similar to oil, data is not only about quantity but also about quality. What use are the millions of real estate market data if they are not available in an adjusted, structured and centralized form?

Many are often not even used at all.

21st Real Estate's analysis and valuation tools provide all relevant real estate economic indicators on one platform and even go one step further: Using spatial-econometric models and machine learning processes we generate new information, so-called Smart Data. Our tools enable you to create location analyses and evaluations, even for locations with poor data availability, or to access scientifically based rental and price data.

THE 21st TILE SYSTEM

We have divided Germany into a unique system of 2.3 million tiles. In communities with 20,000 or more inhabitants, the tiles cover an area of 200 by 200 meters, in rural areas 1,000 by 1,000 meters. Each tile contains information for up to 350 different parameters with from socio-economic data, to economic data, or to building-specific information.

On the basis of our Smart Data, we calculate individual 21st scores for each individual tile, which for example reflect the family friendliness, centrality, affordability, nature or local supply for this tile. This enables an intuitive assessment of the quality and potential of a location. The evaluation is made on a scale from 0 to 100, so that all tiles can be compared with each other.
